Appointments & Booking Information
Appointments can be made by phone or online. Walk-in patients are welcome, however, waiting times may vary depending on demand.

If you require after-hours medical assistance, please contact the National Home Doctor Service on 13SICK (13 74 25). Eligible patients may receive a bulk-billed home visit, and a report will be sent to your nominated GP following the consultation
To assist with a smooth consultation, please:
- Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Bring a valid Medicare Card and Photo ID (e.g. Driver Licence).
- Bring any concession cards you may hold, including:
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- Health Care Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Bring any relevant medical information, referrals, test results, specialist letters, or medication lists.
For WorkCover-related appointments, please advise your employer before attending and bring your claim details and employer contact information where available.
Patients with a valid Medicare Card will be bulk billed for eligible GP consultations. Fees may apply for patients who are not eligible for Medicare or for services not covered by Medicare.
We accept payment via EFTPOS and credit card.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.
While our practice primarily operates by appointment, we will endeavour to accommodate walk-in patients where possible. Waiting times may vary depending on appointment availability and clinical priorities.
